Narberth is part of Montgomery County. It is a close-knit community that celebrated its 100th birthday in 1995. The Narbrook Park was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
Narberth has a small shopping district with mostly independent businesses, some of which have been there for decades. It is on the SEPTA Paoli/Thorndale Line, and is easily accessible to routes 76 (the Schuylkill Expressway), 476 (the “Blue Route”), and US-1 (City Avenue). It is relatively close to the city.
Schools are part of the Lower Merion School District, with kids attending either Merion Elementary or Belmont Hills Elementary, Bala Cynwyd Middle School or Welsh Valley Middle School, and either Lower Merion High School or Harriton High School.
