Jack Aezen became a sales associate with BHHS Fox & Roach in 2004, and is a member of the Delaware Valley REALTORS® Association. A former REALTOR® with Weichert REALTORS®, he has extensive sales experience.
Jack has earned and currently holds the following designations: ASR, ABR,SRES, ALHS and his e-PRO and Green Certifications. He is an award winning agent, having earned Prudential’s “Top of the Rock” status, as well as having recieved the Ambassador’s & President’s Club Awards with his former Broker.
Aezen attended George Washington University and is originally from the Main Line. He currently resides in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania with his wife Esther Aezen. He services Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties along with the Main Line.
Before his career in real estate, he was owner and President of Jack Sprat Shoes in Narberth and developed two national brands of women’s accessories, which gained his company national attention.

REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate. Your REALTOR® markets your property to other real estate agents and the public. Often, your REALTOR® can recommend repairs or cosmetic work that will significantly enhance the salability of your property. In many markets across the country, over 50% of real estate sales are cooperative sales; that is, a real estate agent other than yours brings in the buyer. Your REALTOR® acts as the marketing coordinator, disbursing information about your property to other real estate agents through a Multiple Listing Service or other cooperative marketing networks, open houses for agents, etc. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics requires REALTORS® to utilize these cooperative relationships when they benefit their clients.

e-PRO – An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. The e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today’s consumer really wants.

GREEN- NAR’s Green Designation / GREEN
The National Association of REALTORS® created NAR´s Green Designation to provide ongoing education, resources and tools so that real estate practitioners can successfully seek out, understand, and market properties with green features. The course curriculum requires completion of a 12hr Core Course and a 6hr Elective Course in either residential, commercial, or property management. All courses are available in live lecture and online formats. NAR’s Green Designation gives designees the tools to become a community leader and resource in sustainable issues.
